Exclaim Focuses on Branded Wireless Application Portfolio with Sale of dotPhoto and position both companies for global expansion

Trenton, NJ—Oct. 29, 2007—Exclaim, a leading branded platform provider of innovative Web and wireless applications today announced an agreement to spin off the company’s legacy, dotPhoto, a Web-based photo sharing service. This strategic disposition will allow Exclaim to exclusively focus on the growing international market for branded wireless applications, which includes the company’s flagship products, Pictavision DMM and the popular MyApps  portfolio.
            As part of the deal, co-founder of dotPhoto, Glenn Paul, will take ownership of dotPhoto. Under Paul’s leadership, dotPhoto will focus exclusively on its critically acclaimed online photo services that allow people to share, store, archive, save to DVD, and profit from their digital images.  Ivan Ruzic will continue to lead Exclaim and focus on the global expansion of the company.
