Ivan is the main architect of the company's strategic vision and growth in its web and wireless technology businesses. As Exclaim's CEO, he leads the teams responsible for delivering the products and services that harness the convergence of these technologies in the daily lives of consumers and industry.
Ivan's 25 years of experience includes senior management roles in fast-growth startup and Fortune 1000 technology firms where he has spearheaded international expansion, sales operations, turnaround initiatives and several international acquisitions and mergers.
In prior roles, Ivan was general manager of Server Software Sales (Americas) at Borland Software International. During his tenure as VP of International Marketing and Strategic Services for BEA Systems, he was a key contributor to establishing and managing the company's very successful international division. In addition, Ivan has held executive positions with other marquee companies including WebGain, Novell, USL, Computer Associates, Within Technologies and Monsanto.
An active technology investor, Ivan is affiliated with several Emerging Growth Funds. He currently is a board member of two startups in the IT and medical device fields.
A native of Australia, Ivan holds an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry, a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, and a doctorate from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. Earlier in his career he was a professor of Marketing at the David Syme School of Business at Monash University, as well as a photojournalist making his living with a camera. Ivan lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with his wife, four children and a Labradoodle named Foster.

Chief Financial Officer, Exclaim
Frank oversees finance and accounting at Exclaim as well as manages many of the company's key banking and investor relationships. With more than 20 years of experience as an accounting, finance and operations executive, he brings the unique perspective of a seasoned public accounting executive along with several stints in fast-growth, entrepreneur-led enterprises.
Most recently, Frank was VP, Finance, for Cyberstaff, a financial services consulting firm based in New York. Prior to that he was corporate controller for CapGemini Ernst Young where he was responsible for the firm's national accounting center.
Frank has also served as COO and regional VP of Finance for Valcom Midatlantic, VP of Finance for Universal Process Equipment and CFO and VP of Operations for Clancy-Paul Computers. He began his accounting career with KPMG and is a Certified Public Accountant with undergraduate and graduate degrees in business from Rider University in New Jersey.
An avid cyclist often seen on long rides in the dawn hours on his 27-speed bike, Frank is married, the father of three and lives in central New Jersey.

Chairman of the Board & Co-Founder, Exclaim
Glenn is an entrepreneur who has founded and led successful companies in the personal computer, software and Internet arenas. As co-founder of Exclaim in 1999, he was a pioneer in creating a web-based service for sharing and storing digital images that has grown into an integrated web-to-wireless platform for all personal media including photos, video and sound.
Glenn leads Exclaim's product road map efforts, overlaying his vision of the future of web and wireless technologies with the practical requirements of consumer and business markets.
In 1993, Glenn started QwikQuote Development, a sales automation company that was acquired by Aptus Software. As the co-founder and president of Clancy-Paul Computers, Glenn built the company into the largest personal computer retailer in New Jersey and to $35 million in sales. The company was sold to InaCom in 1988 where Glenn then served as VP of Product Strategy.
An active leader in volunteer organizations, Glenn serves on the board of the Red Cross of Central New Jersey and is president of the Trenton Rotary. A graduate of Princeton University, Glenn lives with his wife in central New Jersey and is the father of three. He continues his life-long love of singing as a member of the a capella group, Jersey Transit.

Senior Vice President of Engineering & Co-Founder, Exclaim
Joe is a co-founder of Exclaim and has a background uniquely suited to Exclaim: one founded in photography, operations and computer programming. In his current role, Joe oversees all of Exclaim's data center operations and development projects for web, in the US and overseas.
In addition, Joe continues to add his expert and practiced eye to all photo processing quality control, resulting in consistent high rankings for Exclaim's photo printing services.
Prior to Exclaim, Joe owned and operated a Motophoto franchise that included a full-service photo lab and studio; a consistent leader in the Motophoto organization. Early in his career, Joe was with RCI, Inc., a computer-consulting firm based in New York City. His positions included programmer, systems analyst, manager of service bureau operations, senior consultant and, ultimately, VP of Operations.
Joe grew up in the neighborhoods and towns near Exclaim's headquarters in West Trenton, New Jersey, and still lives there with his wife. A car buff and water sports enthusiast, when work allows Joe can be seen tooling down the Delaware on his boat, wave runner or single ski, underwater with his scuba gear or top-down in his restored Mazda RX-7.

Vice President & General Manager - Wireless, Exclaim
Jiren holds P&L responsibility for Exclaim's wireless operations, including carrier relationships, program and product management and strategic and content partnerships. He has more than 15 years of experience launching startups, new business units and developing revenue globally for technology businesses in senior sales, marketing, general management and consulting roles.
Prior to joining to Exclaim, Jiren was head of his own firm, MAP Management, a consulting and interim management practice helping technology companies with business strategy, planning and funding, sales and marketing management, and business development. The firm's many clients included JP Mobile (now Good Technology), Pulse Entertainment, Teltier (now Cisco), Sun Microsystems and Cingular Interactive.
Jiren has also held executive roles at Broadbeam as VP of Strategic Accounts and VP of International Operations, at Infonautics (now ProQuest on the NYSE) as director of the International Group and at Elektroson B.V as general manager.
An avid outdoorsman, Jiren enjoys fly fishing, kayaking, skiing and technical climbing. He lives in downtown Philadelphia with his dog Trango, named after the Trango Tower, a more than 20,000-foot high rock formation in Pakistan.

Vice President & General Manager - Web, Exclaim
Fred brings an extensive background in the Internet and web-based businesses to his role as VP and GM of Exclaim's consumer, reseller and related Web service lines of business.
Most recently, Fred was the Chairman and CEO of SoftWatch Ltd., an Israel-based healthcare technology firm focused on web communities for the pharmaceutical and life sciences markets.
Prior to Softwatch, Fred was VP of Professional Services for iPlanet E-Commerce Solutions (a Netscape & Sun Microsystems joint venture), where he had responsibility for managing and expanding iPlanet's professional services business throughout the Americas. In this role he was responsible for the overall construction and subsequent operation of more than 200 web presences for Fortune 1000 firms to venture capital-backed startups.
Fred holds a BS in Marketing and is a Candidate for an MBA, Accounting, University of Phoenix, in January 2008. A father of two, water sports enthusiast and sometime golfer, Fred and his wife maintain a horse farm in New York State with a small, but growing, stable of Arabian horses.

Vice President - Wireless Development, Exclaim
Leon is a seasoned technology product development executive and entrepreneur with particular expertise in delivering consumer products and services in the arenas of music, video and home automation, and control systems. In his current role he leads Exclaim's domestic and overseas wireless application development teams.
Prior to Exclaim, Leon was founder, president and CEO of Convelux Systems, a manufacturer of devices that control security, HVAC, lighting and audio-visual devices in residential and commercial environments. He has also held the title of vice president ? R&D with mobile enterprise software firm Broadbeam Corp. and was earlier vice president and business unit GM at Platinum Technology where he ran Logic Works, their most profitable division.
As co-founder of Logic Works, he authored version 1.0 of ERwin, the market-leading database design tool and led the development efforts of an additional suite of tools that fueled the company's IPO in 1995 and eventual acquisition by Platinum Technology.
Leon graduated from Princeton University with a BSE in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and earned his MBA in Finance and Strategic Management at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. When not tinkering with his home-based server farm or a new smarthome device, Leon can be found outdoors with his family biking, skiing and running.

Vice President Marketing - Exclaim
Sebastian is responsible for all of Exclaim's corporate marketing initiatives. Sebastian has over 15 years of experience working with a number of fast-growth technology startup companies marketing consumer products and services in the Digital Home market.
Most recently, he was Vice President of Marketing with Digital 5, a leading developer of embedded media management software that enabled consumer electronic manufacturers to manage and stream premium digital media content from the web or home PC to entertainment devices over IP. Previously, Sebastian served as Vice President of Marketing for Ravisent Technologies which developed Cinemaster & Cineplayer software DVD/HDTV platform solutions for digital entertainment devices. Prior to Ravisent, Sebastian was Vice President of Marketing for Real Media, where he was responsible for the marketing and business development of OpenAdstream - Internet Advertising web server platform.
Sebastian is a member of the American Marketing Association and the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). Sebastian holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Delaware and BS in Business Administration from Wilmington College. Sebastian lives in Chester County, Pennsylvania, with his wife and three children.
