Ivan is the main architect of the company's strategic vision and growth in its wireless technology businesses. As Exclaim's CEO, he leads the teams responsible for delivering the products and services that harness the convergence of these technologies in the daily lives of consumers and industry.
Ivan's 25 years of experience includes senior management roles in fast-growth startup and Fortune 1000 technology firms where he has spearheaded international expansion, sales operations, turnaround initiatives and several international acquisitions and mergers.
In prior roles, Ivan was general manager of Server Software Sales (Americas) at Borland Software International. During his tenure as VP of International Marketing and Strategic Services for BEA Systems, he was a key contributor to establishing and managing the company's very successful international division. In addition, Ivan has held executive positions with other marquee companies including WebGain, Novell, USL, Computer Associates, Within Technologies and Monsanto.
An active technology investor, Ivan is also affiliated with several Emerging Growth Funds. He currently is a board member of two startups in the IT and medical device fields.
A native of Australia, Ivan holds an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry, a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, and a doctorate from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. Earlier in his career he was a professor of Marketing at the David Syme School of Business in Melbourne, Australia. An avid scuba diver and photographer, Ivan lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with his wife, four children and a Labradoodle named Sofi.

After earning a BS in Risk Management from Rider College in 1969, Bill attained the following designations: CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist), CFS (Certified Fund Specialist) and CRPS (Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist).
His community work is extensive and includes: Rotary Club of Trenton (Past President), Yardley-Makefield Jaycees (Past President), New Jersey Children's Home Society (Past President), Contact of Mercer County (former Phone Worker) and Boys and Girls Club of Trenton (Current Board). In 2000, Rider University bestowed upon him its Lifetime Achievement Award for Community Service, and he was named New Jersey Children's Home Society Gala Honoree in 2001.

Jim is chief executive officer, co-founder and director of Fiberlink. Jim has built the team and secured the funding that has enabled Fiberlink to become a leading provider of managed internet-based virtual private networks (VPNs). Jim's leadership and focus on the customer shaped the company and made Fiberlink into a profitable, customer-centric company that was recently named to the Hot 100 by Upside Magazine.
Before co-founding the company with Paul Russell in 1991, Jim was the western regional sales manager for Systems Industries, which was acquired by Micro Technologies, and had a revenue base of more than $50 million. He was the winner of the Blue Chip Enterprise Award Year 2000, sponsored by the US Chamber of Commerce and Mass Mutual Financial Group, and has been recognized as Greater Philadelphia's 2001 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the Software and Technology Services Category. His articles on backbone-neutral VPNs have appeared in publications such as TMCnet.com. Jim received a dual degree in economics and communications from the University of Virginia.

At Edison, Chris focuses on New Jersey- and New York City-based companies. He identifies and evaluates new investment opportunities and helps guide existing portfolio companies. He focuses on the financial services and ecommerce industries for Edison, as well. He regularly attends industry events focused on these sectors and often speaks on these industries at seminars and trade shows. Chris also sits on the boards of Incurrent Solutions and Satori Group.
Chris has served as executive vice president and CEO of Princeton eCom's Electronic Billing Division. He also served as Princeton eCom's EVP and CFO focusing on raising capital, finance and accounting, and strategy. The company successfully raised over $80 million in private equity during Chris's tenure. In 2001, Princeton eCom was named the Internet, e-Business and Multimedia Company of the Year by the New Jersey Technology Council.
Prior to that, Chris was director of finance and operations for two magazine startups and internet businesses funded by Freedom Communications, Inc. For more than four years Chris was also part of the Entrepreneurial Services Group in the Boston office of PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand). He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University.
